The North South divide?
So it may seem, though merely because I am rarely in the North. Evidently, something I need to remedy. This, anyway, is by no means an exhaustible list, but are some of the restaurants where I have enjoyed a meal and have visited more than once. In my opinion it is vital to go back after a first time to gauge how consistent they are, so below you will find the places where I confidently visit knowing I will have a great meal. Unfortunately this is a bit like kissing frogs to find a prince these days in the UK, as the good restaurants are a minority when it should be the other way around. All I can say is, I have had to ‘kiss many grotty frogs’ to end up with a handful of delights!
